If we haven't already met please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mary Weaver. I am a Holistic Wellness Coach and Healer and I have three children. It's important to let go of all the stress and past so we can live it up in the now!! If you ask me what I do and tools that I use that have contributed to my success over the last 20 years, its the ability to feel my emotions and process so I can focus on what matters and is important in life. In the middle of the chaos, we can always find our ZEN.  



This challenge is a personal process I've used to keep my energy clear and vibrant. I am an Empath that can feel pain, disease, and everybody else's stuff. It can be exhausting at times but I wouldn't trade it and be any other way. These skills are a big part of my healing journey and I never thought I would be able to conquer my fears and live the lifestyle that I have always dreamt of. I never imagined I would be able to heal my trauma, become a wellness coach and share the love of healing. Many of my clients ask how I did it and I love sharing stories but its all about creating a habit. It's up to you to challenge yourself and stretch outside the cozy box. Clients have asked for something that they could do as a daily routine that helps them turn inward and heal the subconscious and create new habits, new patterns and shift the mind.

So, like with most everything we've created, this idea was inspired by all of our fans. I did not know how a daily Intentional practice good be. There is so much power in learning new skills and creating a daily practice. This practice was born out of feeling stuck, trapped and frustrated all the time.  

How would it feel to have daily support through good and bad times? Having no energy and feeling anxiety, depression and just blah are messengers that it is time to break free and let go of the past or whatever is holding you back.  Imagine waking up every day feeling supported, energized and clear on the direction you want to go.
